Troy and Ben came into my life during a very vulnerable time. My son and I had just lost our home, personal belongings, and a family pet in a house fire. I knew I wanted to rebuild, but I didn’t know where to begin. Thankfully, a family member introduced me to Stonybrook Homes! During my very first meeting with Troy and Ben, I knew they were the ones that I could trust to help me through this process. These two men personally helped me every step of the way, from demolition to a new house design to my beautiful, finished home!
Their sub-contractors were all quite accessible, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions, and all the people I worked with were very thorough and made sure I understood what I was inquiring about. I cannot say enough good things about their team of sub-contractors! They all went above and beyond!

We chose Stonybrook to build our forever home based on their reputation for excellence in the building community . We had a long wish list and many special requests. After our first meeting with Troy and Steph I was confident we made the right choice. They were as excited to build our home as we were. Throughout the process Ben supported us and communicated everything, making sure he understood what we wanted. His oversight on our build was top notch, never missing a detail. We have a well built, solid home and the attention to detail throughout is amazing. Stonybbrook doesn’t build houses, they build homes. We couldn’t be happier with both the experience and the finished product!! We love our home!

We have worked with Troy and now Ben for over 25 years and they are awesome to work with on projects. They are onsite overseeing the project, give timely status updates when needed and truly care about the quality of the home being built. They answer the phone when you call, and if questions or concerns are raised during the process, they discuss the options and promptly reply with the answers needed. They keep the project moving on a realistic timeline.
