When Troy and Stephanie Karsting started Stonybrook Homes, they saw a need for a local home builder who would bring a high level of quality and care. But more importantly, they wanted to deliver a better experience, where buyers could go beyond just tolerating their builder and would actually LIKE them!
For over 30 years, the Karsting’s have continuously expanded their business through their well-earned reputation. Their son, Ben Karsting, has joined them and become an integral part of the business. Having grown up in a family of builders, Ben’s knowledge of the building process is an important part of maintaining the quality and timelines for each home, while his love of the architecture and design aspects have helped Stonybrook dramatically enhance their design and selection processes. Troy and Ben can be found on job sites every day, ensuring even the small details are done correctly and on time.
Troy, Stephanie, and Ben have deep respect and loyal relationships throughout the community, including current and past buyers, real estate agents, and even their contractors–many of whom have been working for Stonybrook Homes for decades! Giving back to the community is an important value that has led to their family tradition of delivering truckloads of food annually to the People’s City Mission to supply their Thanksgiving meal.
