Depending on the customization and size of your new home, the process can take a minimum of 4 months or up to 9 months.
How do I contact the builder during the construction process?
The buyer will be provided with the project manager’s personal cell phone number and email address for any questions you may have or to provide them with your custom selections!
As a buyer, what input do I have for the interior and exterior selections?
Buyers have the option to select their own materials that go into their new home! Stonybrook Homes provide a list of vendors that clients can work with in selecting your color and materials (i.e. brick, siding, shingles, interior paint, carpet, tile, cabinets and countertops).
If I have a home to sell, when is the best time to put it on the market?
We will partner with you to determine the best time to list your home to coincide the sale of your existing home and completion of your new home.
How can I monitor the progress of my home’s construction?
We will provide you with a construction key to your home so that you have the ability to see the progress yourself at your convenience. This accommodates for different schedules between the buyer and Stonybrook to enhance our communications.
